[Amsterdam, 4 February 2025] – We're pleased to announce the appointment of Ruben Langbroek as our new Global Director of Business Development.

In this role, Langbroek will lead the development and implementation of global strategies to expand the reach and impact of Scaler, fostering ESG transformation across the real estate sector worldwide.

Langbroek brings over 20 years of experience in ESG and real asset investments, including 15 years in the Asia Pacific region. Most recently, as Head of Asia Pacific at GRESB, he worked closely with financial markets and real asset organisations to drive meaningful environmental, social, and economic outcomes. Under his regional leadership during a nearly 12-year tenure, GRESB became the premier global standard for ESG benchmarking in real assets.
